This math program is designed for educational institutions. The language of the utility is Java, which tells you that you will need to install a package from Java in order for the application to work properly.

GeoGebra gives you the ability to work with different objects, such as tables, graphs, algebraic equations, geometric figures, arithmetic and statistical data. You will also find additional functions that allow you to operate with integrals, roots, graphs and more. They are all included in one package for ease of use.

Working with stereometric drawings
With Geogebra you can work in two- or three-dimensional space. Depending on which option you prefer to work, you will get a 2 or 3 dimensional figure.

With the help of points, the utility forms geometric shapes. You can specify the required parameters or draw a line through each of them. Also, you will be able to mark corners, draw a section for them in already prepared figures, or measure the length of lines.

Independent drawing
You can use the drawing out function to draw objects independently from the main figure. For example, if you have drawn a polyhedron, you can draw a corner or several lines separately from it. With a feature like this, you can examine any part of the figure in detail.

Function graphs
With GeoGebra, you can easily build function graphs. You can use sliders or formulas to customize them.

The community of the program
Today, the developers of GeoGebra are improving the utility every day. There is a resource called GeoGebra Tube, where all users can discuss new suggestions, recommendations and even share their finished projects online. All of them are available to everyone and are of course free, just like the program itself. You can use all the offered files without any limitations and edit as you need.

The number of available projects has long passed the figure of 200 thousand. And every day there are more and more. Many of them are in English, but you can translate the project into any language after downloading it to your computer.

Pros of
Let’s consider the advantages of this program, which will convince you that it should become your assistant in the work:

Lots of features for working with mathematical equations;
Graphics functionality;
A personal community;
Supported by almost all operating systems: Windows, OS X, Linux, Android, and iOS.

Cons .
Like everywhere else, there are small flaws in this utility as well. But they are very few and very insignificant. Let’s look at all the shortcomings available:

The program is still being developed, so there are bugs;
Most of the projects are posted in English.
I would like to point out that this program is not very suitable for school programs, because it can create quite advanced function graphs.
